Yahoo! Spring has finally sprung. The snow has passed and flowers are beginning to bloom. I’m amazed at how the flowers were able to withstand this late frost we’ve had. I’ve been so inspired, I just made a trip to Lowe’s to pick up some more flowers to plant. As if my garden isn’t already full. I just had to have more. I think these ones will have to be potted. Ah! I, especially, can’t wait for my peonies to bloom. I love having fresh flowers in the house. There’s something special about fresh blooms from my own garden. They tend to have a prettier scent, or so I tell myself…
The fresh flowers have merged over into my wardrobe picks. I’ve officially busted out the florals and spring dresses. Now that I’ve transitioned my wardrobe, I’m looking for new pieces to add to my closet. I had some Old Navy gift cards from my birthday so I went on a mini shopping haul. I found some great pieces to add to my wardrobe for this spring/summer.
3 Springs Trends to add to your Closet:
- Femme Utility
- Gingham & Off Shoulder
- Statement Denim
My favorite trend by far is the femme utility with the jumpsuit! It’s so versatile. It can be paired with a top underneath or worn by itself. Throw on some heels for a night out or sneakers for a more casual look. I wore it to church the other day with a t-shirt and neck scarf. It was so cute! What spring trends are you looking this year?!
